After a very busy 2010 for the Kissing Gate Video Team, I decided to cut a montage of some of my favourite shots together.

After a few different versions of the edit, I decided to go with the version with Brandon Flower’s (The Killers) acoustic version of the classic ‘When You Were Young’. It is the only half decent version of the song available so please excuse the small bit of mobile interference at the very start.

Anyway, we hope you like it…

After meeting Serena and Terry at their beautiful house in Richmond, I quickly realised that this was going to be one hell of a fun wedding. When the discussion turned to what sort of music would be appropriate for their wedding film, Terry piped straight up with ‘Metallica’.

Needless to say, Terry’s wish wasn’t reciprocal as far as Serena was concerned, but I was given the task of using something upbeat and not necassarily weddingy. ‘Surprise us’ was the call and I certainly succeeded in that!

Set in the beautiful Great Fosters in Surrey, this video’s a real treat.

So here we have the first wedding film that catapulted me head first into the wedding scene. The famous wedding of Charlotte and James O’shea. In the lead up to this super stylish and modern wedding, Charlotte had been ardently writing on the UK’s leading wedding blog aimed at covering all things DIY and ‘pretty’…

Notley Abbey is an incredible place to film and this laid back day totally suited my way of shooting. To top it all off I Was working with my old friend and to this day one of my favourite photographers ever, Jordan Banks of Source Images.
